Since 1995, the Rodas da Liberdade Association has been helping people with disabilities through Assistive Technology, providing various types of orthopedic materials such as wheelchairs, prosthetics, among others, in addition to social guidance and therapies that promote the development of an active and independent life. It also promotes cultural, sports and tourist events and activities, lectures, training, and accessibility consultancy with the aim of facilitating the integration of everyone into society.

He was a founding member of the Rodas da Liberdade Association and helped Michel adapt to Brazil, creating a unique philosophy for the Association. In 1993, he received a wheelchair from Switzerland, which allowed him to pursue new interests, becoming an actor and writer. He graduated in Animation Film from AESO Barros Melo and worked as a teacher and animator. In 2015, he made his first film “Organismo”, which won awards at several festivals. Jeorge left a legacy of joy and passion for life, inspiring smiles and hope wherever he went. Watch the documentary - click here -
