The Rodas da Liberdade Association invites beneficiaries to follow the Path of their Dreams that will lead them to a Life with more Freedom and autonomy by granting wheelchairs and other personalized orthopedic materials, as well as therapies, rehabilitation, motivational lectures, accessibility consultancies, training and Events aimed at the Inclusion of Everyone in Society!
Rehabilitation and Therapies
The Rodas da Liberdade Association allows its beneficiaries to change their perspective on disability in order to see their potential despite their physical or sensory limitations, providing therapies with moments of awakening to a new life, of self-care, of energization, and of openings to talk about their pains and difficulties that they feel inside without being judged or criticized and thus freeing themselves from the weight of their traumas in order to have space to create a new journey full of colors.
Life is an Art where each person has an Innate Potential that needs to be awakened despite their disability, therefore we need to learn to have control over our body, mind and emotions through Mindfulness and Deep Consciousness that can be developed through meditation or arts such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and/or through various holistic therapies seeing the Human Being as a Whole!
From a state of Plenitude and Serenity, each one can open their Heart to let the Secrets of their Soul reveal their Talents, their Skills and their Life Purpose in order to realize their Dreams!
To make this possible, we have our founder Michel, a quadriplegic, along with other beneficiaries who are examples of overcoming and volunteer therapists who are available to show you the Path to your Potential!

The Rodas da Liberdade Association aims to transform disability into Potential to allow an Active and Autonomous life, awakening in each Human Being a Sense along with their real Potential, their skills, their talents and their Mission as a New Consciousness of our True Nature and thus creating a World for All with Universal Accessibility and a Creative and Collaborative Society.
Therefore, one way to expand this thinking is through motivational lectures and training, where we are agents of change through the personal experience of each speaker.
Our life makes sense when it starts to make sense for someone else's life.

DOAÇÕES E VISITAS
For over 28 years, the Rodas da Liberdade Association has been working with personalized donations of wheelchairs, orthopedic materials, as well as basic food baskets and the like. And with this, throughout the Association's operations, we have been able to help more than 630 families, because when we donate, the care and help extends to those who also care.
We believe in the importance of small gestures and the effect of metamorphosis in the lives of those we serve. It is impressive how such attitudes make us better when we give a little of ourselves to help others. The Rodas da Liberdade Association relies on the support of these people and makes regular visits. Solidarity is an extension of God's love and a caress to the soul.
EXCURSIONS AND TRIPS
In order to foster a set of actions to promote social inclusion and access for people with disabilities or reduced mobility to sports, tourism and related activities, we are certain that this is beneficial to our Members. Today, we have a van that is difficult to meet demand due to years of use, and several repairs that it needs to undergo have generated very high expenses. Allowing our beneficiaries the opportunity to participate in excursions and trips helps them to build self-esteem and encourages them to live an active and participatory life within society.
MATERIAL LOANS
The Rodas da Liberdade Association, which is headquartered in a seaside resort, serves a large number of tourists with disabilities who need assistance to move around and enjoy the beach. To this end, we provide shower chairs, wheelchairs, and amphibious chairs on loan, in addition to providing full assistance through recommendations for adapted inns, tours, and qualified professionals. This way, we can make dreams come true. Knowing that the Rodas da Liberdade Association depends on financial support to maintain its activities, the loan is based on a donation with an amount at the discretion and spontaneous of the applicant.
